Flexible Payment policy

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
• The total accommodation value (100%) will be charged 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Important Note: For identification and security reasons, the individual who settles the payment (cardholder) of the reservation is (1) essential to be present during the check-in time and (2) is required to display the same credit card used for the payment of the reservation.

Flexible Cancellation policy

• This rate allows modifications or cancellations free of charge at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
• For cancellations 14 days prior to the arrival date 100% cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking apply.
• Non-show or early departure results in 100% (Full) cancellation fees of the total amount of the booking.
